As an entrepreneur, I understand the feeling of constant stress and anxiety. The feeling that we all get when there is always something to do regardless of what has already been completed. I forgot to mention heading out West knowing you have a load of work sitting there to do on your desk. Last week, I headed out West for a tax seminar in Las Vegas and decided to take a trip to the Grand Canyon. My first thought was that I have already seen the Grand Canyon from an airplane so why would I need to pay money to see it up close. I began to think about it and realized that sometimes you need to take a day for yourself to do some soul searching. Upon arrival to the Grand Canyon, I had limited expectations but quickly realized how incredible nature can be. I walked around and toured the Grand Canyon and learned about the Canyon's incredible history and landscape. When I got back to Vegas and had some time to reflect on the trip, I was shocked at how interested I was in the history and landscape of the Grand Canyon. I learned from my experience that traveling the world will be an objective of mine in the years to come because everyone lives in a different culture and experiences different perspectives on life. I would like to see and experience the different cultures throughout the world.
